We’ve earned a reputation for developing elite young footballers, with a track record that ranks us among the top 3 in the Ghana for producing players for Europe’s best leagues especially with Valued Girls Football Club
But we don’t stop there after signing talents. Our growing network of partnered professional clubs includes both clubs in Africa and Europe, offering fantastic platforms for our scores of vgp talents to continue their development journey. They mark the first spot where many of our talents get a first taste of professional football. This pathway has produced 10+ pro footballers so far and supported the likes of Nina Norshie, Susan Ama Duah, Raymond Asante etc who have gone to make and still making the name in Europe’s top leagues.

We have established extensive scouting networks across Ghana to identify promising young talents from various regions. Our scouts attend local tournaments, school competitions, and community matches to spot players with the potential to excel. These events are designed to be inclusive, giving all players a fair chance to impress our coaching staff and when good can play at either Local Premier League or European Leagues
