But we don’t stop there after signing talents. Our growing network of partnered professional clubs includes both clubs in Africa and Europe, offering fantastic platforms for our scores of vgp talents to continue their development journey. They mark the first spot where many of our talents get a first taste of professional football. This pathway has produced 10+ pro footballers so far.

Scouting and Trials: VGFC collaborates with European clubs and scouts to arrange trials for our top players, giving them the chance to showcase their talents and secure professional contracts abroad.
Exchange Programs: We organize exchange programs and training camps in Europe, where our players can train alongside top European clubs, learn from international coaches, and experience different playing styles.
Pathway to Professional Leagues: Our club is focused on creating pathways for our players to progress from the Ghana Women’s Division 1 League to top-flight leagues in Ghana, Africa, and Europe. We provide the necessary support and resources to help them achieve these goals.
